Before joining Meadowbrook as a Director in 2002, Rich Sherer was a Director of North Shore Day Camp in Glen Cove, NY as well as Rolling Hills Day Camp in Freehold, NJ. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. His other Camp experiences include being a Camper, Counselor, Creative Arts Director, Athletic Director, and Program Director.  His foundation in Camp plus the love of working with young people and watching them grow through the Camp experience have helped to make Rich the well-rounded Camp Director that he is today.  Rich is always available for every parent, Camper, or staff member who needs assistance, advice, or just a shoulder to lean on. Rich lives in Marlboro with his wife Robyn and 3 children, who also attend MCDC.
