Visiting Camp

We believe that the best way to choose a Camp for your children is to visit during the Summer and see Camp “in action” on a typical day.
Every Camp has its own unique personality and no matter when you visit we feel that it is imperative to meet the Owners who are responsible for the care of your Campers. This is the best way to ensure that the Camp you choose for your family is a Camp that supports the values you instill at home and a Camp where your children will make new friends and learn life skills for the future.
At Meadowbrook, we offer personal tours by appointment throughout the year, including during the Summer.  During the winter, we also hold several weekend Open Houses.  Please call the office to schedule a time to visit us.

Our enrolled families have several opportunities to visit their children at Camp

  • Prior to the start of each Summer, we offer an evening Parent/Camper Orientation where Campers meet their Counselors and other children in the group. This pre-camp orientation is our first step in partnering with parents to make their children’s experience at Meadowbrook successful!
  • We offer a morning visitation during the first 3 weeks of Camp for our Tiny Toons through 2nd Grade Divisions.
  • Our 3rd through 6th Grade Divisions have 1-2 “Late Nights” at Camp and invite families to join us for these.
  • We offer an open visitation policy for parents who would like to visit their children and see Camp in action. All that we ask is that parents call ahead to schedule an appointment with the Division Head to make sure that we can maximize the value of your visit.
